Superb location and lodging in the primary balcony room. Great views, great breakfast on the balcony, big bathroom, comfy bed, very helpful owner/manager. Only a dozen or so steps down from the main pedestrian walkway makes it perfect for people with bad knees! Some hotels are dozens and most steps are uneven.
